Dr Markus McDowell

Makus has provided a significant contribution to the Association since 2012.  He is a writer, editor, and researcher. He holds a University of London law graduate with three masters’ degrees and a PhD from US institutions. He has worked as a law clerk for various US attorneys, judges, and law firms, and taught in institutions of higher education in the US and Europe. He is also the managing editor of A Legal Yankee in King Arthur’s Court, a website for law students in the UK and the US. His writing and research interests are religion and law, research and writing, and the history of English law.
