A key focus of the work of the UKLSA  is the promoting ethical practices in the justice system 

Lawyers charge fees that are similar to those for luxury services; and lawyers often charge for more time that they work, or extend the work needed for a case. More ethics training and awareness would make a difference.

Law schools and Law firms / institutions should include ethics in the training of lawyers.
